Eyelets are spaced 3/4" apart to accept Aftermarket Attachments such as Tek-Lok, Molle-Loks, DOTS Belt Clips, Malice Clips and more, including all of my custom kydrx belt attachments. 

This sheath has excellent retention and is slim and compact for concealed carry. This sheath can be worn in scout and inverted carry also.
