Custom Kydex sheath for the BARK RIVER GUNNY knife.

This sheath will fit both Ramped and Rampless gunny model.

MAKE SURE YOU HAVE THE EXACT GUNNY MODEL AS I DO OR IT WILL NOT FIT. THIS SHEATH DOES NOT FIT ANY OTHER GUNNY VERSIONS!

KYDEX SHEATH WITH KYDEX DANGLER ( color of your choice)

Kydex dangler made of kydex mounting plate, Heavy wire D-Ring and Kydex belt loop fastened to the sheath with high grade machined black oxide steel Chicago screws.

Kydex is. 093 thick and assembled with extra long barreled eyelets for added assembly strength. 

Drain system is drilled through the very tip of the sheath. 

Ambidextrous sheath with the ability to remount the attachments on either side for left or right hand carry. (Note: dangler system does require a left or right version.  Otherwise all attachments can be flipped over either side for left or right hand carry)

Eyelets are 3/4" center to center space and have 1/4" holes to accept most aftermarket attachments such as tek-lok, Molle-lok, Malice and any other attachments that have 3/4" spaced attachment holes or 1.5" spaced attachment holes. 

Eyelets ARE the weakest link therefore I overbuild using extra long barreled eyelets to create a larger/wider flange which adds to the strength of the assembly. The larger/wider flange also improves the looks of the finished sheath to match closely to the pre flange of the eyelet. (NOTE: Most makers cut costs by using ONLY what's "necessary" to hold the two Kydex halves together which means short eyelets which means tiny flange spread that can easily pull out!) So be sure to compare!! 

All Armorsheaths sheaths are modular and can build into any style rig you desire for whatever adventure you seek. Add a firesteel holder, and a pouch to complete your rig.

      Sheath scratched my blade.
      Friction lock on upper blade opposed to snap in at handle.
      Must form fit to your particular cutting tool I suppose.
      Took forever to get it, over three weeks.
      Not sure I’ll ever use it.

      I test fit every single sheath for proper fitment and function prior to shipping. Every sheath that I make fits the exact model knife that I use to make the sheath with. You must have a different model of Gunny which has different dimensions which will cause fitment issues. The slightest blade shape or difference including a difference in the handle will cause an issue with fitment since I mold the kydex around my knife. Your knife must be the exact same as mine or it will not fit properly. I state this in the description in the listings. There are different versions of the Gunny and I clearly state that that it must match my knife. If you are not sure, you must contact me so we can confirm your knife model. 100% of the knife fit issue is due to the knife not matching the model I use in my builds. I thoroughly make sure the sheath fits and functions before shipping any order out so we do not have these issues for the correct knife model it was made for.
