The Slim 3.3 Style Belt Clip attachment system, similar to Ulticlip, can be attached to sheaths or holsters. The single mounting slot will accommodate two fasteners to prevent unwanted rotation movements by locking in position when tighten. Loctite is Highly recommended when assembled. This system is perfect without belts and elastic waist pants/shorts and sweat pants/joggers. This Clip can be mounted to ANY fabric that can fit between it's gripping Clip opening and snapped shut. 

I have used this clip system myself. It is very durable and holds onto fabric or waistband extremely well! 

The mount slots has an opening to allow most mount hole spacing 1/2", 3/4", 1", 1.5" and comes complete with mounting hardware.
