Thank you for visiting my shop.  Every sheath is custom made, handmade with quality and durability in mind to last a lifetime, One at a time...  Have a look around, if you don't see anything that fits your Professional or Recreational needs, contact me and I will design a Sheath or Attachment with your specifications.  I do stock some sheaths but most are made to order since the bulk of my business is custom.  If I do not carry a particular knife you want to outfit, you can send your knife to me, the possibilities are endless.

LEAD TIME "AVERAGE ESTIMATE IS 2 WEEKS" (Estimate does NOT                       mean Guarantee) ...but normally around the 2-week range.                                                   Sheaths are made ONE AT A TIME...                                                             

 

  I am a ONE MAN SHOW, so depending on how much I have to make it could take the maximum amount of lead time, sometimes longer around holidays (2-4 weeks during Christmas months Nov-Jan). PLEASE KEEP THIS IN MIND.

I produce Professional High-Quality Sheaths and accessories. The time it takes to craft these items shows! I DO NOT "eyeball" or aimlessly grind on kydex with sloppy lines and end up with something a 3rd grader could have done better! To create professional level quality it takes a decade plus of skill building, not just in the Shop with Machines but also out in the field using and testing prototypes before I approve for actual production.  it takes precise measurements, symmetry, accurate placement of eyelets and some of the best designs with beautiful,  functional lines and carefully thought out designs, it all take time. One Sheath At A Time...

The designs were developed and proven over the years to be durable and reliable in whatever Mother Nature can dish out. Not all of the knives below will have a design listed for sale, however you can contact me to discuss a sheath design from ANY of the knives from the list below, the ideas and designs are endless... I can put a design together for you.

KA-BAR Series Knives:

KA-BAR 1217 USMC Leather Handle and SIMILAR Synthetic Handle full size (Standard Blade and Serrated Blade) went through some changes over the years. Please note, the CLIP TIP Traditional 7" blade "FIGHTING" knives I carry have TWO STYLES. The Original 7" Clip Tip had a different angle bevel that allowed a better sharper edge AND the "Blood Groove is actually TOUCHING the Top edge of the Bevel. The Later and Short lived Blade design had a Steeper Bevel that did not allow for a fine edge (made the blade stronger but trade off was losing the finer edge) AND the "Blood Groove had a 4mm-5mm GAP between it and the Top edge of the Bevel Grind. Though both 7" blade fighting knives look identical, the difference in the grind and placement of the blood groove made fitment VERY Different. CHOOSE THE CORRECT SHEATH WHEN YOU PURCHASE. KaBar went back to its Traditional design with blood groove in full contact with the top edge of the primary Bevel grind.
