Let me start off by saying Welcome! My name is Jesse Myers owner of ARMORSHEATHS LLC. I have been making custom kydex gear since 2011. As my business grew to the point where I needed an extra hand, my wife Christina decided to join me in 2025 to help me with the operation of our business so I can focus on building high quality sheaths. 

Every sheath is handmade by me personally, with quality and durability in mind to last a lifetime, One sheath at a time... I am known for my HEAVY-DUTY over Built sheaths using .093 thick kydex. I do not build sheaths just for their "cool looks or cool colors" I build sheaths and full rigs to handle harsh climates, functionality and battlefields. If you are looking for a simple EDC pocket carry or a full combat ready rig or plan on tackling the Appalachian trail or just looking to add a custom sheath to your show collection, I got you covered! I produce Professional High-Quality Sheaths and accessories. I DO NOT "eyeball" any build. Every eyelet is placed strategically 3/4" center to center including some models with 1/2" spacing or even a combination to accommodate virtually any attachment you want, or YOUR Specifications. I have been making custom sheaths since 2011, so I think I learned a thing or two!

Most of these knives will have a couple of configuration (Pancake or taco) designs listed and available for purchase from my website. If there is a sheath design you don't see, contact me and I can work with you on the design you desire.
